Participants in Snowdon Rocks 8 will climb 1085 meters of Wales’ finest peak, all the way to the summit following the Llanberis / Railway Path with intimate performances along the way from musician and LHS founder Mike Peters who is a two-times cancer survivor.
The Walk
The Snowdon Rocks adventure begins with a 10.00 am gathering at the welcoming Pen Ceunant cafe which also serves as the starting point for the walk. Along the way, there is a further opportunity to rest and listen to an acoustic concert at the halfway house cafe before heading for the summit concert at the monolith stones. At the top, there is the spectacular building of Hafod Eryri which offers an array of facilities for hill walkers and is open for further refreshments before heading back down to the Pen Ceunant to celebrate your achievement with others.

Registration
The registration Fee is £20 per person and you can register via the events page and then select to pay via PAYPAL (after clicking the ‘Send Your Booking’ option). It is not necessary to have a PAYPAL account, you can complete the process as a guest using your credit/debit card.
Getting Sponsors
A Sponsorship and Gift Aid Declaration Form can be downloaded to collect sponsor money. Alternatively, it easy and convenient to setup a JustGiving page, whereby any sponsorship money goes direct from your sponsors to Love Hope Strength. Go to this webpage www.justgiving.com/lhsf and click on “Fundraise for us”, following the setup instructions. You can then share your page via email and/or Facebook.

Where does the money go?
At the Gathering, January 2014, Love Hope Strength was able to donate £40,000 to the North Wales Hospitals and £5000 to St. Kentigern Hospice. These wonderful donations are as a direct rest of every penny raised from Snowdon Rock Sponsorship.
